Why not just use credit cards being issued by banks locally here. I got mine from GT Bank and I haven't used it to register for exams before, but I have used it to pay for some other stuff online and it has worked well so far. Just offering an alternative for those who have it.

Yes you are welcome to use your Nigerian credit card if you have one. This service is for people who don't have or who have not been successful in using theirs. I had the same problems too so I can imagine what people who are not privileged to have one are going through. Have a nice day everybody.

OK i now understand better. Am sure i can make payments with my Naira master card cos i have one personally Is good to have one.
